Shalini is an Executive and Leadership Coach who believes leadership begins with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and purposeful choice. She works with professionals and managers who want to lead with greater calm, clarity, and authenticity without losing themselves in the process.
Drawing on over 18 years of experience in education, coaching, and organisational development, Shalini partners with clients across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Her coaching style is thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human, creating space for reflection, insight, and practical change.
